Opes Financial Partners was founded to support our existing clients with a focus on the finance needs of the UK and overseas private client purchasing property in prime central London and the home counties. We quickly realised that the overseas buyers were sustaining the prime London property market in the downturn. Where the big firms were unable maintain expensive management structures and costs in a downturn in the general mortgage market with many going out of business, we took this as our opportunity to build a streamlined business based on excellent service and a successful outcome for our clients. Through our extensive travels to emerging economies we sourced clients that were looking to invest in property in an established and stable economy such as the UK and other parts of Western Europe. It is from this base that we’ve expanded our offering to financing property abroad as well as becoming strong players in the Commercial, Development, short-term and niche lending markets. We now have a team of advisers providing a whole of market brokerage service. This includes our UK based buyers of first time buyers, home movers and buy-to-let investors, providing them with expert fully qualified mortgage and insurance advice. We have a great vision for the company but will build on our success by always delivering the best possible result for our clients.
