Currently the high street lenders are offering excellent commercial rates for borrowers looking for 60% LTV or less on a repayment or part and part basis. Specialist commercial mortgages tend to be more expensive but they don't require your business accounts, may offer interest-only payment terms and often lend up to 75% LTV.
